Well if you decide to move to AZ there are schools that are pretty to notch and rank high based on national averages.
Call me crazy but I love living in Tucson. Its smaller than PHX but we are still at a 1 million in population sot its not that small.
If you do decide on Tucson the Vail School District is an over performing district with teachers that are highly skilled.
