I like to pack my car in the luggage. I remove the engine, the rear body mount, the batteries and the tank, wrap it in a big towel and I make sure that I put plenty of clothe on top of it and under it, so that when the luggage gets trown around theres some cushioning.
I like to take the radio(in a radio box) on the plane as a carry on, nothing in the box except for the radio, not batteries IN the radio either. I've traveled with someone that left his lipos in the radio box and they had all kinds of questions for him LOL. Ive been stoped once about my radio, other than that, no problems
