Hey Mike,
I made a set last year when I ran the 104 motor/axle plates on my 103 to help get ride height back when the foams wore down.

I shaved off the side closest to the bearing so that the bearing was almost touching the housing on the sideframe then took up the extra slack by putting a tiny screw in the other side.
This moved the axle enough as to where I had to remove material from the sideframe as well.

Not only did this allow me to raise the rear ride height in order to run tiny diameter foams, it also allowed me to lower the ride height when running rubber or taller foams.
