That's a 2S lipo, it should stop at 7.7v. If you disch it to 3.85v, it'll be seriously overdischarged. Lipo shouldn't be discharged below ~3v/cell or ~6v for a 2S lipo.

Charger is doing what it should do and preventing you from damaging your lipo, accepted storage voltage is 3.85v/cell.
