Hi there, I think if you are running on smaller tracks, you would prefer the 7 port just fine. I would advise to buy the ceramic version just for the extra performance and fuel economy. Not that the steel bearings are bad but rather the ceramics are more free and that helps everything. In all you will like the fit and finish BP has.
