When I first started racing-Nearly 2 years ago. I would be shaking lots before my final. And once, I bumped up so had 20 mins won then 4 mins to then race in the A for 20 mins. After that I was like jelly, but after racing lots and finally doing better and better.. and recently started winning. I find i'm a little nervous, but after turn 3 it goes.. and I get into the groove. Its when i'm in the lead, and the commentator starts saying ... is closing in or has a 10 second lead. Is when I start to feel it again. To me the more your used to it the less it will effect you tbh.
Once im up there I forget about it.. sometimes I come off the rostrum after a tough but fun race and feel a tad shaky... but I LOVE IT!
