I know it's a bit early, but I wanted to get the word out early and have the date set so we can get as many people as possible out to what is sure to be a great event for a great cause!
Just a little info on what Karsyn's Krusaders is and what we are trying to do. Everyone has know a family that has been affected by cancer. The Miller Family of Evansdale is no different. We have know them, well I have know Jessica pretty much my whole life. Jessica's father owned the IMCA Modified my Dad drove for many years including when he won the IMCA Super Nationals in 1991. Jessica and Andy's daughter Karsyn was diagnosed with Leukemia in 2008 at only 3 years old. Treatment has been successful and Karsyn is doing well!
In an effort to give back to the many organizations that helped the Millers get through such a trying time. They asked the racing community to help. By selling Karsyn's Krusaders t-shirts, decals and bracelets, they have raised 10's of thousands of dollars for charities like Make-A-WIsh, Give Kids the World and the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society.

I approached Jessica about being part of a R/C event at our track and they are all for it!
My goal is through a portion of the entry fees and raffle during the race weekend to raise money for this great cause!
We will have food at the track that weekend, i'll be asking the R/C industry to step up with tons of prizes for the raffle. I will keep people updated with developments as we work toward the race!
