I've been running the medium wheelbase on carpet and like it. Car doesn't plow in the corners as much for me and I can drive it a little more like a touring car than a mini. Not that a different setup on the long wheel base couldn't produce the same results I just thought I'd try it and see what it did (going shorter).

I'm not up on all the bodies but most I know of (Tom's and Levin Toyotas, 406, 850, Accord, GTI, Civic VTI, JAS Civic, and the Beam's Integra (I think)) are all long. The Clio is medium ... so is that the only shorter body? I really had to hack out the wheel wells on my Accord to get it to work with the medium wheelbase.
