High speed needle 0,045 inch IN from flush (= 1,1mm)
Low speed needle 0,045 inch OUT from flush (= 1,1mm)
Idle screw 0,03 inch IN from flush (= 0,76mm)

In my experience this is very close to optimal settings...it needs just minor adjustments from these settings. Most important is idle gap. It should be ~0,7mm. Then just go from there.

Settings also depend on plug. A GRP C5 or 6 plug likes it a bit leaner on top (cold natured plug) then for exapmple an O'donnell 97T (warmer nature).
