I might add that ROAR is picking up this decision and adopting it for all stock and sportsman classes. I doubt they took the decision lightly and I doubt that they simply copied the USVTA. They may however have seen the benefits of this ruling within the ranks of VTA clubs and taken the opportunity to adopt the rule for more classes.
