It's amazing how the hot setup changes throughout the years. diffs, front oneways, double oneways, front spool. belt drive, then shaft, then belt. graphite, then composite then graphite........

I would have never considered running gear diffs in electric until todays motors, but running them in nitro is absolutely required and a really useful tuning option so I could see it but the weight penalty is pretty high.
