Later in the main Tim Copp won driving his damper tube X-Ray with the Rebel in second. We found out later that the battery in the Rebel had not been recharged between rounds. As I said it was the first West Coast appearance of the Rebel, next up will be a run in Modified!
so what you are saying is that Tim sucks and can only win when other racers only run half charged packs? lol
