What kind of batteries did you order again Gregg? I only ran the Zippy 6S LiPo last night, and I left the stock settings in place on the ESC. I knew I should have gone in and tweaked it some, but I didn't. From the factory the LiPo cutoff is set to 3V per cell.
I didn't think much of it last night and ran the car until I was getting cold and my boy was getting cold. The car still had plenty of punch, so I figured the battery was good to go. Before running the car, I balance charged it, and it charged just fine. After I let the battery cool, I put it back on the charger to balance charge. When I checked the cell voltages, the first cell was much lower than the others. It had dropped down to 2.95 volts, IIRC, while the others were still a good bit over 3V (I can't recall exactly, maybe as high as 3.1V).

The charger defaults to a very slow charge when any cell is less than 3V or the imbalance is over 10mV (or thereabouts). The battery charged up just fine, and after all cells were over 3V and within a few mV of each other, I continued charging at 1C. It charged just fine.
I'll probably run it through a discharge cycle on the charger tonight to measure capacity and watch to see how it does. I may run the 5S battery tonight, but I'm not sure. I still need to balance the tires.
Anyway, I changed the cutoff to 3.2V per cell. Hopefully this battery isn't toast.
