Default Steering/centering servo

I just installed a new digital Spektrum servo. I plugged it in and turned it on to find center, then i installed the servo horn. I removed and replaced it a half dozen times. the way the splines line up on the horn, when the servo is dead center, the horn is not.

to get the wheels straight, i have to adjust the trim on my radio, 14 points.

the issue is I have a larger turning radius to the left, than I do to the right.

its a FT SC10. I ASSUMED that this wouldnt be a big deal, because the difference is not a huge difference, and its off road, we're always sliding around anyways. However assuming has never done me any favors.

advice?
