If the problem is actually a defective esc, the solution may be something simple; if not, the technician will suggest returning the controller for replacement or exchange. Currently, all Havoc pros are replaced/exchanged with Havoc Pro SCs.
We have seen problems with the Havoc Pros related to transmitters used by customers and this may be one of them. Many times, using a better tx remedies the problem.
