Slowly but surely getting the kit together. Anyone notice a "notchy" feeling when installing the axles in the hub carriers?

Also, I have a steering hub carrier that's somewhat tight in the caster block and one that's excessively loose. I need to figure out what's the deal with that. Otherwise, it's going together without too much trouble.
