At this stage, the pack has peaked and are waiting for the repeak. As Jolly said, you can go to the user program mode and set the repeak delay time to 0 minutes. Then the pack will just charge normally and the alarm will sound.
Only use Boosting/Turbo on charged packs, which have cooled totally down. That is, at least one hour, better with two.
If your packs are burning hot, you should set it to a lower delta cut off. For GP3300 5-8 mV pr. cell usually is good (with a charge rate of 5-6 amps).
Never ever charge a warm pack.
