Yeah, I know what you mean, if you drop it once the battery cover comes out of place and you have to use tape to hold it on. Luckily they sell replacement cases.
yeah, my Lynx 3D suffered this problem recently! LOL I mean jezzz, you drop it off the back of a Dodge pick up just once, and the battery door breaks! What gives?!?
Seriously though, the top companies don't seemed too concerned with the plastic quality they use in the radios. Some, like my Lynx 3D, even cracked before it was ever dropped. At least Hitec fixes them for free.
