That's right. The right combination between engine and pipe should be chosen. Otherwise the best bottom end engine can not deliver its power outside.
What I also asked to myself is, what is the main difference between Tuned and Modified..
I saw the Picco Evo4 Edo Modified and the Factory Tuned.

Are Piccos (for instance Evo 3 Edo Modified) on same power level as Nova based engines or RB's?
