Problem is that they are all different and will all have their own feel on the track. Even if the dyno says they are the same or close to the same, there will be a difference on the track and in how they tune and how long they last, etc... In the end it comes down to personal preference and what you think is worth it. I know for myself and many others the speed is worth it.

Yep. That is up to who's buying it. I like to think the DLC crank and ceramic bearing are worth some of the price difference, but in the end it really comes down to what you want and if you think it is worth the extra cash to have the Black Monster.
