If there is serious interest in a VTA-style class (read: SLOW) for a sedan or vintage type class as a support for VTA, I have been contemplating this for a couple of years now.

I have access to BRAND new bodies that would work—with a Monza GT, Greenwood Corvette, Porsche 935, Porsche 911 Mercedes GT, Datsun 280Z, Mazda RX7 Turbo. We could have an endless supply if it was warranted.

A 21.5 on 1s (or 4-cell) would be perfect. Minimum tire diameters, fixed gear ratio window and a simple concept—just like the USVTA concept. Could be pretty special for a 1/12th scale resurrection, but it might not have the legs of something like the VTA, just because there aren't nearly enough 1/12th scale cars out there running.

It can be done fairly easily, if there was enough reason to do it. I have been thinking about pulling the trigger on something like this for a while now. If the support was there...
