So for my simple mind to get this right. The TOP and the King Headz are the same. The TOP bell crank doesn't come with the alloy Ackerman inserts or the carbon bell crank arm?
If this is true I will go with the King Headz because my LHS has it in stock.

No, the T.O.P. and King Headz option bellcranks are completely different.
The King Headz unit is an exact copy of the stock part except that it is aluminum, it's the part that goes on the steering post. It's tried and true, a quality piece.
The T.O.P. Alloy Steering Crank Set includes the alloy parts which sandwich the carbon fiber crank arm (included), the alloy Ackerman inserts, screws and spacers. At about 33 bucks (from TOP USA) it's a pretty good deal considering the alloy Ackerman inserts alone cost $20.00. It's a pretty new part but we've sold plenty of them and they seem to be very good
