You may have to lean your HSN some to keep it from dying. After this tank you will notice you have eliminated almost all the pinch and have tons of compression. Then take it to the track and start putting a tune on it. Buy the 6th or 7th tank about a half gallon it should almost be there and ready for a full race tune. Full race tune depending on weather and climate should be anywhere between 240 and 270......
With this break in method do you run fuel through it when you spin it over with the plug out. I assume you measure the head temp and not the crankcase when you check for 200-220?
