If it truly is a rebadged Z852 that is a characteristic of that engine... soft on the bottom and BALLISTIC on the mid and top. ("Soft" is a relative term... one of my "crew" runs it in Truggy... won the Lone Star Classic in sportsman with it. If it lacked power anywhere that wouldn't happen!)
