Team Orion #5 or 6. Use the #6 if it's hot outside (like during the summer) and use the #5 in cooler weather. I can't state strongly enough that it's a good idea to use the Team Orion plugs. They are designed for the engine (not to mention they are the best plugs on the market hands down).
