I am having problems with my emaxx brushless motor.
I have been running cool up until last night when it stalled and quit moving. I would hold the trigger and you can hear the current buzz but no movement.
I saw some smoke so I disconnected and later took the motor apart to find there is nothing visibly wrong inside so I put it back together and it runs! Now though it gets hot very fast and there seems to be less resistance when you roll the wheels by hand. But when I am running about 40mph and let off it almost locks up (great cornering!) I don't know if I can rebuild this motor or if there's a simple fix or troubleshoot method.
I just ran it half way and had to stop before it cooked the motor.

I have emaxx with 150a esc 2200kv flux motor running 4 cell lipo. 21/68 gearing, badlands and all aluminum.

I must have ran it about 40x with no heat issues until the day it stopped and smoked now it runs hot and dives when I releases the trigger.
