104mm (tall), 52mm (wide) for the buggy and
108mm (tall), 43mm (wide) for the SC truck.

I was just thinking that if they worked that would make tires universal on both cars.

I don't know where you get those numbers from? SC tires are wider than a 1/10th buggy rear and way taller than the 4mm you show.
