Very good question!! As far as memory serves me, you might be able to get some from rcmart, or from Sam @ Kamikaze Toys and Hobbies.
Sam no longer has the rods in stock for the .12 evo3. He's working on getting some from a source outside US.
To the OP, the best pipe for the Evo 3 is the 2651 Picco pipe. Using anything other than that will not get you good results.
