Proline wheels are tougher than AKA wheels when baking. AKA will crack on you. I can use the wheels two to three times. With the new foams you can get about the same time. Then just buy the deals online that are just tires. Usually you can get any set of tires for around $10 with out foams. Buggy are around $10 and truggy $10 to $15 with any compound.
Yea, I tried that, the only wheels that work well for me when trying to reuse are the AE wheels for the RC8 as they have a 2nd layer of support that reduces the lines inside from bending, all other wheels aka, proline have bend marks after use behind the wheels.
