I can't seem to make a castle product function well these days at all.I got a new slash for 100.00 and then put a castle mm and 5700 in it for 180 and a couple days later fried chicken. extra crispy style. Not thrilled. Think I may try one of those tacon motors. I could afford to blow one of those from time to time and they seem to have pretty decent results. Thanks everyone.
But you wont blow one from time to time. The ORIGINAL Tacon on my block is in my neighbors Rustler now and its still rippin it up. You cant kill these things! It has been through Hell and back, TWICE! It has months of running under its belt. Has seen well over 220 degrees(hes a newb and decided to gear it 28/73) doing insaine speed runs on 3s and still tickin! Its seen rain, suburged in mud, snow and its still running like new!
