On the upside, VTA HAS made an impact. Many do see the advantages of having slowed things down. As a club director in Florida I may not be pursuing VTA but our GT program , as have others around the country, will benefit from the VTA mentality. In fact, our GT is basically what VTA was until recently. The 21.5/no timing formula should work out well.
