Another VS thread for SC-RTR Kits, but a little different.
Hey all-
Getting back into the hobby after many moons, the RC-10 with the gold anodized chassis was my first car back in the day (mid-80's???).
Well, my goal is to race 1/8 scale buggies, but need to start working on driving and tech skills first.
I'm gonna start with a SC-RTR to get me going on my new hobby.
I've narrowed it down to a Traxxas Slash VXL or a AE SC-10.
Which one would you choose???? Durability would be one of my biggest interests since my driving skills is gonna suck for awhile.
BTW...both are very well supported in my area (southern california), along with HPI, Losi, etc... since they are HQ'ed here. Actually see alot of OFNA and AE guys eating at the same places as I do during lunch time.
