What ever the rules might end up being, and what ever spec motor/esc/tires/battery/chassis/body/hop-up/battery plug/motor plugs/rpm limit/# of fans/# of capacitors/types of rear wing/screws and locknuts is decided, lets make sure it carries over into the nationals so we don't have a whole different set of rules (read: more $$ required) just for running the nats
