im sorry you feel that way bro...i wish i could help you out but im in california so i dont have any problems with that.....but if i end up in wyoming im guessing this will become my issue aswell?....i ran my lil AE GT2 10 scale gas truck in wyoming last year and had no issues...i even broke the engine in out there and then brought it back here to cali and it ran great....
