As a Tekin owner, I don't quite agree with you. My Tekin is the fastest at my track, but the fastest guy at the track (winning by over a lap every single time) is racing a Hobbywing Xtreme Stock. When we race together, I do have a little bit more speed at the end of the straight, but the difference is minimal.
Even comparing temperatures, we are quite even.
