But I bought the Tmaxx second hand, and I tried cleaning it, some dirt owuldn't come off. I used every chemical you could think of + a tooth brush, was seriously hard. He had left the gearbox rubber flap open and some got in. I got a tooth pick and fixed it up. Pain to reassemble though.
Is the reverse gear something you "have" to have? Look at all the parts that you need for that.

Now, If you installed FOC, forward only conversion gear, look at all these parts lol.

FOC. is the way to go with these, less rotating parts means less chance something is going to break plus it's a stronger set up. OPTI drive's bust all the time allowing you to shift it on accident into reverse while it's still moving forward and vice verse. Sometimes when they go bad, it shifts it by it's self making you a nice internal gear salad.
