Default Newbie erevo vxl w lipos a few questions

I just bought a used Traxxas erevo vxl with lipos.

I have a few newbie questions. (two side notes #1 I always try to search for answers before posting but "forum" searching in general is a bit difficult to find answers with. #2 I'm basically retired and only 29 years old. I have really bad back problems which forced me out of work. Anyway, that gives me a lot of time on my hands so I tend to write a lot.)

This erevo vxl 7107 has dual steering servos. The "added on" one makes a high pitch hum all the time. It's almost like they're working against each other. Is there a way to calibrate for dual steering servos?

Does the esc always make that annoying ear-piercing beep when using the throttle?

There's a lot of rubbing/changling noise coming from the drivetrain. Is this just normal due to the nature of the vehicle? Possibly related- there's some forward to back play/movement in the slipper clutch gear, is that normal?
