Hey guys, first post on these forums, just posting some pics of my typical TT.

Don't flame me, I do not race sanctioned events, or competitively for that matter. I am well aware there are many other smarter and cheaper viable platforms, but I love the 1/10 truggy platform.

Weight fully dressed with 5000mah 3s is 2483g, right around 5.5lbs.

I have twin 3s fitted and ready for use sooner or later, but its just too heavy for me to be worthwhile at this time.

BTW the 6s use would be to lower temps and current draw, and extend runtime, not to demolish the poor truggy. Punch would without a doubt be dropped and gearing would be corrected.

Anyways, anybody have any advice on proper pinion size for the 2200kv on 3s for 40mph in the straights? I would assume 17-ish? I also am having some trouble getting some good info on springs, I need to compensate for the weight increase I already have, let alone if I go 6s.

Thanks in advance guys.
