The standard setup advices 120K in the front and 70K in the rear, these oils along with 550cst are supplied with the kit, and this should work pretty well on a medium to high traction track. The entire standard setup is actually really good.
When you're running on a low traction, parking lot style track I would advice going softer in the rear diff, around 30K-40K, to prevent the rear breaking loose.
