Is the Tc5 still a competitive car? I am looking to race onroad carpet once again in the RCGT ( stock rubber) class. Is there any durabilty issues with the car. The last time I ran onroad was when the TC3 factory team car was the howe ticket, im sure alot has changed since then.
It's definitely still competitive on foam tires. Haven't seen one on rubber tires though. The only piece I've broken with any consistency on mine are the C-hubs. If you found a smoking deal on one, I'd say go for it. If you can swing a TC6, I believe that will be a better long-term choice for racing.
