There have been "problem child" neon lexan paints out there. I had one brand that I tried to use do a two color job and, after letting the first coat dry overnight, the second coat, a different color, caused the first one to bleed all over, causing this crappy melt of a paint job, ruined the body so I blew it up with a M-80!!!
