i assume you want a kit, for nostalgia factor as well?
you can still get grasshoppers, or even better hornets. (same as the grasshopper but with oil shocks, lexan body and bigger 540 motor)
tamiya has also re-released a bunch of cool old cars. but most shops don;t carry tamiya. at most shops you'll find alot of traxxas cars, they are all fully built and come ready to run, kind boring if you ask me.
if you want a kit, but a more modern buggy look into team associated's rc10b4 buggy. just make sure to get the kit and not the ready to run version.
