I'm a Werks guy and Ed bent over backwards at the races one day to help me out. Turns out it wasn't an engine issue, my RC8 clutch pins had elongated causing the bell to hang up. Nevertheless Ed spent a ton of time helping me on a day he was racing.
Customer service is a reason to buy or not buy a product IMO. Talk to Ed I'm sure he'll bring the smile back
