True! I think contacts are better than glasses, but if there is a breeze or fumes of any kind in the air you are screwed. Sometimes when I am driving technical sections of the track my eyes get dry. Then I close em and make a prayer shot down the straight. HAVING to wear any thing to improve vision is always a hindrance unless it is shades, and sometimes they can be a borderline drawback.
