I find myself having to blink longer at times to clear them while on the stand and if its windy it sucks. People who do not have to wear either can go longer times without blinking.
I have studied some of the pro drivers on the stand and they do not blink as much as someone who has contacts.
True! I think contacts are better than glasses, but if there is a breeze or fumes of any kind in the air you are screwed. Sometimes when I am driving technical sections of the track my eyes get dry. Then I close em and make a prayer shot down the straight. HAVING to wear any thing to improve vision is always a hindrance unless it is shades, and sometimes they can be a borderline drawback.
