I have bodies, despite using lexan paint, that all the paint has almost either scraped (I did paint the inside) or cracked and peel off. THe body is still perfectly good.

Just keep bashing because I dont see any holes or cracks in that body yet.
Make sure that before you paint any LEXAN bodies from any company that you wash the body with warm water and a liquid soap. The reason is during the molding process, they use what I call "Mold Release" to keep the plastic from sticking to the mold. This release is usally the reason the paint will flake off the body later on. Sometime's it is just a bad can of paint. Make sure you are using paint intended for lexan bodies. Not all automotive paints will stick to plastic and your best bet is to use the paint you can buy from your local hobby shop.
