Depends on your budget but any Novarossi engine would be fine. Preferably the newer NS12 engine. If you require an easier engine to tune, try the OS engine. More of a bottom end engine where the Novarossi shines at the top end. Gear accordingly to take advantage of the engine you get. Torquey engine with smaller spurs and bigger pinions while vice versa for high rev engines.
For pipes, I would go with the Novarossi inline pipes (52606 legal or 52607 outlaw) or the NovaMega TP06 inline pipes.
