What used to be the throttle profile (TP) led on the controller now changes between 5 preset boost settings and c1 and c2. Check this out
here
As for storing to the C1 or C2 profile from the hotwire, you will have to do this separately. As in open up hotwire, select c1 then adjust the settings, then "apply" them. Close hotwire, not really necessary but I do it just to be sure the settings took. Re open verify your c1 settings then select c2 and repeat. Now you will have 2 custom profiles stored in the controller.
