The zip tie trick is a really old one, but it doesn't actually work. The head will still get scratched, and the zip ties can actually dig into the ground and cause much more harm than good. No zip ties through the cooling head please.
I agree with JAMMIN, The zipties only work for a SHORT SHORT TIME.
