Agreed phone for me for now on !!!!LOL as far as the cases the reason why i was concerned there CS said they would ship them right out !!! Well they must have not known it was a ordering item This is not a bashing thread .. i just wanted to see if anybody was having issues with CS... if you read my post I said i have always had good service from Novak and i was concerned... i have been running novak products since the early eightys , when some of you were not even born or still eating your mamas pancakes HAHAHAHAH They did respond to me buy PM So everything is good . I am sorry for the poor heading !!!! should have been worded differently Hopefully the moderator will delete this post
