If the TX uses an 8cell type pac you can prob use that as a tx battery voltage wise. I use a 3S 3300mah lipo in my 3PK that originally used a 8 cell NiCd pac.


A real tx lipo is a very low C rate battery, mine is 3C, but I don't think that's a prob. The real prob you're going to have is getting it to fit and dealing with the wiring.
